Zimmer Biomet, a global leading musculoskeletal healthcare provider, invite applications for an Associate Manager, Robotics Training, APAC. The successful applicant builds the robotic knowledge and capabilities of the APAC Sales and Clinical teams and will ideally be based in Sydney (other locations negotiable).

This newly created position is due to significant growth within our robotics business across APAC.

This role will design and implement internal ROSA clinical education programs and support APAC Medical Education activity within ANZ.

The Position:

The Associate Manager, Robotics Training, APAC will design and implement clinical education courses for the ROSA Recon Platform.

You will:

• Gain strong knowledge of the APAC robotics market and tailor education content appropriately
• Regularly deliver robotics training courses.
• Standardise ROSA training pathways across APAC.
• Spend time in field to become a ROSA expert across all applications. Act as the regions robotics clinical expert and go to resource for field team enquiries and ongoing training.
• Develop frameworks to record, track and optimise Robotics training in the APAC region.

Skills and Experience:

• You’re passionate about technology and believe in its contribution to greater patient health outcomes
• You have a passion for teaching and the technical aptitude to learn and understand our cutting-edge and innovative robotic technology.
• You have in-field experience working with orthopaedic surgeons, covering joint replacement procedures using robotics and assistive technologies. In addition to this, a background in technical training and education would be beneficial.
• This position involves regular travel within APAC and a valid Australian Driver Licence is required.
